At Fitness Machine USA, we stand behind the quality of our Pilates and fitness equipment. Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, effective from the invoice date of the original purchase. Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. Warranty Coverage

General Conditions

• This warranty applies only to equipment in the possession of the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
• Warranty claims must be made within the specific warranty period for each part or product.
• If required upgrades are made as specified by Fitness Machine USA, the warranty remains valid.

Warranty Limitations

• The warranty is void if safety, maintenance, and usage guidelines in the equipment manuals are not followed.
• The warranty does not cover equipment used for unintended purposes, stored or used outdoors, or in environments without proper climate/humidity controls.
• An At Home Reformer used in commercial settings such as Pilates studios, fitness clubs, gyms, spas, or any commercial facility offering fitness services voids the warranty.
• The warranty does not cover equipment subjected to accidents, misuse, abuse, improper service, unauthorized modifications, or failure to replace springs on spring-loaded equipment every two years.

Specific Product Warranties

Commercial Reformers: Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, and welding; Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar).

At Home Reformers: Limited Lifetime Warranty on aluminum rails, frame components, and welding; Footbar mechanisms (excluding Comfort Footbar). Not valid for commercial use.

Steel or Wood Combo Chair: Limited Lifetime Warranty on the metal frame and welding; 90 days on upholstery; 2 years on other components.

Ladder Barrel: Limited Lifetime Warranty on the metal frame and welding; 90 days on upholstery; 2 years on other components.

Wood or Aluminum Tower: Limited Lifetime Warranty on the frame and welding; 90 days on upholstery; 1 year on straps and spring clips; 2 years on other components.

Spine Corrector, Triangle, Arc & Hollow Arc: 90 days on upholstery; 2 years on other components.

Wall Board & Wall Unit: 1 year on straps and spring clips; 2 years on other components.

Fabric & Upholstery: 90 days warranty. Does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, or damage caused by harsh chemicals or unreasonable use.

Additional Product-Specific Warranties

STS Warranty: 5 years on frame; 5 years on bearings/bushings; 1 year on cables; 90 days on upholstery; 1 year on other parts.

Platforms & Plyometric Boxes: 1 year conditional warranty on frame and construction; 90 days on urethane finish and rubber (no warranty on custom logos). Does not cover environmental damage.

Iron and Steel Products: 1 year on Elite Olympic Competition Bars, York Olympic Training Bars, Power Bars, International bars, urethane and rubber-covered plates, Pro-Style Dumbbells, Rubber Hex Dumbbells, and Rubber Training Bumper Plates; 90 days on accessory machine handles; 1 year on cast iron kettlebells. Warranty covers structural integrity only, not coatings or bending, except in the case of Power Bars, which are covered for breakage only.

Medicine Balls & Slam Balls: 1 year warranty. Warranty against failure does not cover damage due to negligent use or alterations.

We recommend regular maintenance of your equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Proper care helps prevent issues and ensures your warranty remains valid.

Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at Support@FitnessMachineUSA.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will work with you and our suppliers to resolve your claim promptly.
